We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and/or terminate the session for any reason.
Opulent Mantra provides massage and wellness services, including but not limited to therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and other holistic treatments. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the session.
We value your privacy. All personal and payment information collected through our website is kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
All content on the Opulent Mantra website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Opulent Mantra and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Opulent Mantra is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of our services or website. Services are provided “as is” and at your own risk. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any wellness or bodywork treatment. Our services are not meant to replace your healthcare physician or physical therapist.
Disclaimer:
The massage services provided are intended for the purpose of relaxation, stress reduction, relief of muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition or are currently under the care of a physician, it is your responsibility to consult with them prior to receiving massage therapy.
The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any physical or mental disorder; nor do they prescribe medical treatment or perform spinal manipulations. Any information provided by the massage therapist should not be considered medical advice and is for general informational purposes only.
Clients must inform the therapist of all known physical conditions, medical conditions, and medications, and keep the therapist updated on any changes. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason if it is deemed that massage may not be appropriate or safe for the client.
By receiving massage therapy services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the above disclaimer and voluntarily choose to proceed with the session.
Coupons may be used as many times as desired unless stated otherwise, however, birthday coupons are redeemable only once per year per person. Birthday coupon must be presented with valid form of I.D. or Driver's License showing proof of date of birth and coupon must be redeemed on client's actual date of birth. Refer-A-Friend coupons may be used multiple times for as many friends that are referred by each client. They are good until date shown on coupon.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
